What’s So Great About This New Home Loan Program?

The USDA has a new home loan program available right now that will make it easier for you to buy a new home.

Today I wanted to talk about a couple things that should make it a lot easier for you to buy a new home.

As you might’ve heard, the USDA has a new home loan program that’s designed for rural houses but can be applied to other properties as well, since houses technically have to qualify for it by their zip code. This program requires no money down, and the mortgage insurance is a lot less than what you would see with an FHA loan.

Now is a great time to take advantage
of this loan.

Additionally, this program reduces both the funding fee that gets added to the loan amount and the mortgage insurance amount. Overall, you can qualify for more and yield a lower monthly payment.

Now is a great time to take advantage of this loan. Not only are there are still homes in Folsom that you can buy where your payment would be less than what the rent would be, but it’s a great time to buy!

In other news, I have an exciting new mobile app I’d like to share with you that shows you all the listed homes in our area and their up-to-date statuses. It also has a mapping tool that allows you to locate homes in specific neighborhoods.

What’s more, we’re also adding a new rate-calculating feature to all of our online listings that will allow you to examine and compare the different mortgage payment options of each particular property.

If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call or shoot me a text. I look forward to hearing from you!
