There is a grassy amphitheater/courtyard area for entertaining and lecturing, with a barbeque area, and a gazebo with fire pit area.

The 10 acre property was originally used as a retreat/learning/equestrian center. It is completely fenced/cross fenced with the perimeter fenced loop and was designed to help keep the equine happy. The pasture areas have 4 automatic waterers. Utilities include all electric, telephone & cable ready. 

Water comes from a well last tested at 14 gallons per minute and there is a private, on site septic system. A plant drip system is in place to support the ornamental landscaping.

The property is completely private with no traffic and a magical/ peaceful feeling.
