Jim and Lela have been reading and listening to Dave Ramsey and following his program for many, many years. They have been planning and building for their retirement for the better part of a decade.
They have children on the East Coast and wanted to move closer to them and their grandkids, so they found a place to buy land and were nearly finished with the new construction of their dream home. They were very familiar with Dave Ramsey’s Endorsed Local Providers, and when it was time, they contacted us through that program.

“He was fabulous," Lela said. "He was very responsive and if he didn’t know the answer, he looked it up right away. He was always available by phone or text for whatever we needed. He was always right there. He coordinated the open houses, followed up with us, and when we finally got a buyer, he got in touch with them and made sure things were moving along. He was great, we really enjoyed working with him. I listen to Dave Ramsey and I heard about his affiliation with the EA, so we looked it up and thought we’d give it a try.”
